When it comes to our volunteer team, we believe God is preparing a team of adults who love God and care about students. This team will stand in the gap on behalf of the students of our church and community to bring the good news of Jesus' love and grace.

​We invite you to prayerfully consider the opportunity to serve with Student Culture. From weekly gatherings, events and activities, cafe drop-ins, Bible studies, and discipleship programs, our Thrive Team, and Prayer Team, we are looking for adults who want to see lives changed and the kingdom expanded.

There are a number of volunteer opportunities available to work behind scene or shoulder to shoulder with our students on a weekly basis. Feel free to browse through the options on these pages. Then reach out to the Student Culture office to set up a time to talk with someone from our team.

Basic OnBoarding steps

Browse the serving opportunities.

Pray about how God is calling you the serve.

Reach out to the Student Culture staff to set up an appointment to meet.

At this appointment we will spend time getting to know you and listen to what you think God is calling you.

You will be invited to come and observe at least 3 of our weekly gatherings.

During the observation time, we ask that you continue to pray about you potential involvement.

After the observation time, we will meet again to talk more intentionally about how you might serve.

After that second meeting, we create a time for you to begin serving with the student ministry.

We then work to check in with you on a regular basis to encourage, train, and help you serve well.
